3. Foster Multidisciplinary Collaboration:

Facilitate national and international partnerships across medicine, basic sciences, and applied research to ensure that scientific findings lead to effective health interventions, solutions, and policy briefs that benefit clinicians, researchers, local governments, and the broader community.

4. Produce Impactful Publications:

Promote the dissemination of scientific knowledge through impactful publications, books, and other scholarly outputs that advance the field of medical research.

5. Transform Scientific Discoveries into Innovative Health Solutions:

Translate research findings into practical applications, such as new medical technologies, treatments, and interventions, to address Indonesia’s unique healthcare challenges. Additionally, convert research findings into policy briefs that assist local governments in improving community health.

6. Enhance Research Capacity and Knowledge Sharing:

Build local research capacity through seminars, training, mentorship, and collaboration, while fostering knowledge sharing through impactful publications and public engagement.

7. Support Member Development and Academic Growth:

Provide a platform for members to grow professionally through guided research, collaboration opportunities, increased publications, citations, and H-index, as well as enhanced productivity in academic outputs, including books and community service programs. MRCI also supports the development of young researchers by involving them in research projects and guiding them based on their interests and capabilities.

8. Enhance Research Capacity and Knowledge Sharing:

Empower communities through public outreach, educational programs, and collaborative community service initiatives addressing health issues in partnership with communities, foundations, institutions, and local governments.

9. Uphold Ethical and Transparent Research Practices:

Ensure all research adheres to the highest ethical standards, operates with transparency, and prioritizes community well-being.
